Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bernardo 5.0Awesome van equipped with everything you need for a confortable camping trip. Jay was very flexible and the communication was smooth and clear. I recommend his campervan. He took all the time to explain every little feature and even has some instruction videos in case you miss something. Thanks and I hope to hire his van again soon.
