Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sara 5.0Had a fantastic 11 day holiday up the west coast in this van and all Ive got to say is it was outstanding. Leonie and Brett have thought of everything! Clean, comfy and well equipped, we would definitely use it again We popped a tyre and Brett was so quick to help with calling assistance and helping us as much as he could from afar (really appreciate the help). Great humans and a great campervan!
