Strictly no 4WD or beach driving. No last minute bookings. We reserve the right to cancel the hire if payment not received 24 hours before hire start date.

Hiring rules

  • We prefer the van is rented and used within South WA. We like to hear about your trip and the distance in kilometres you would like to drive.
  • FUEL: return with a full tank of Diesel.
  • MILEAGE: 200km per day is included in your booking. Additional kilometres will be charged at 45 cents per km.
  • NO OffRoad or Unsealed Roads / NO Karijini trips / NO Beach Driving.
  • If there is any evidence of unapproved off road travel, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will be applied for undercarriage deep cleaning.
  • CLEANING: please return in the same condition as you collected her (inside and outside) or an excess cleaning fee will apply.
  • If you are not intending to clean the van inside out, please select "clean the van for me”.
  • Your booking deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking approval.
  • Please report any damage or malfunctions ASAP (this allows us to manage our booking calendar)!
  • If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, Camplify will arrange Roadside Assistance. Then please call/text me to update.
  • Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Couldnt recommend this van enough ! It had every amenity and thing in the van you could think of needing !! We had the most amazing trip and felt so safe and secure in the van + it has a very comfy bed thank you Jacobi!!

    Fun van. Has all you need for a trip. Great having multiple chargers and batteries with inverter for fridge and other appliances in van. Solar panels power the outdoor light. Great when we were in a pitch black forest in SW of WA
