- Delivery fee
- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jakob 5.0Sarah and Marcus were so easy to deal with, timely and flexible. The Caravan was great, Marcus set it all up for us so quickly and gave us the full run-down. It was such a perfect layout. My family was so happy living in this little home for the weekend. I will definitely hire from Sarah and Marcus again.
