Retro on the outside, modern on the inside. The caravan is small but feels spacious due to the internal layout. It is set up and ready to take anywhere (except off road). It can be plugged into a caravan park site or be taken off grid with complete solar and water set up. Features include hot water, electricity, pop up shower (toilet not included), tv, appliances (microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, induction cook top), fresh linen, towels and basic pantry items.

Hiring rules

  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO smoking inside
  • Pets only upon application
  • No festivals
  • Hirer age restrictions (25)
  • Caravan must return cleaned or risk a fee
  • Rubbish must be removed.
  • No cooking inside the van (except for the airfryer/microwave/kettle)
  • Airfryer and microwave ONLY to be used on mains power (eg. at a caravan park)
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

I'd like to introduce myself (Tash) and my partner (Harry). We have always loved camping and would often take the Landcruiser out, until we decided to buy and restore a vintage caravan. We completely gutted refitted everything ourselves (mostly Harry) and with the help of some family and friends. We are so excited to share the 'Caravado' with you and hope that you can enjoy it as much as we have. I am a Primary School Teacher with a love of travelling, the beach, interior design and animals. Harry is an Operator, but loves camping, fishing, playing golf, snowboarding and photography.
