Additional information
Battery Usage: Off-grid use is supported by solar, but please monitor battery levels and avoid high drain appliances unless connected to 240v mains power. Air Conditioning: Heating and cooling for the AC will only work on 240v mains power.
Hiring rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times.
- Road Usage: The vehicle is not permitted to be driven offroad, on unsealed, or rough terrain.
- Towing: Towing of any kind is not allowed using the motorhome.
- Toilet Cassette: The toilet cassette must be thoroughly cleaned and emptied every 12 days prior to return. A fee of $200.00 will apply if this is not completed. Toilet chemicals will be provided.
- Fuel Policy: The motorhome is provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full. Refueling costs will be charged at $4.50 p/litre if not returned in the same condition.
- Usage Disclosure: Please inform us of any items used, damage sustained, or maintenance issues during your hire so we can ensure the vehicle is ready for the next guest.
- Delivery Fee: Delivery may be available at a rate of $4.00 per kilometre.
- Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported immediately, including details of who was involved, what occurred, where, and when.
- Vehicle Condition Upon Return: The motorhome must be returned in the same clean condition as it was received. This includes emptying rubbish, washing dishes, wiping benches, and sweeping floors. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
- Handover Process: Please allow approximately 1 hour for the vehicle handover and orientation at the time of pickup.
- Speed Limit: For safety reasons, do not exceed 100 km/h. Please keep in mind that this is a large and heavy vehicle, engineered for comfort and stability—not for highspeed travel.
- Driver & License Requirements: All drivers must hold a valid, full driver’s licence (Australian or international) and provide a copy prior to hire.
- PickUp and DropOff Times: Pickup and return must be completed at the agreedupon times. Late return may incur additional daily charges.
- AfterHours Returns: May be arranged on request and may attract a fee.
- Travel Allowance: Your hire includes 150 kilometres of travel per day. Additional kilometres will incur a charge of $1.00 per kilometre. Example: If you hire the motorhome for 5 days, your total travel allowance is 750 kilometres (5 days × 150 km). If you travel 800 kilometres, that’s 50 km over the allowance. You would be charged: 50 km × $1.00 = $50.00.
- To secure your hire, payment must be made in full or via deposit within 24 hours of booking approval. Bookings not paid within this time may be cancelled and made available to other travellers.
- Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
