Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great weekend away with this Van, clean and tidy, easy to set up and the bed was comfortable. Towed fine behind my Navara, Great communication and very friendly! Recommend this van

    We enjoyed hiring this van. Suranga was great in helping to organise the delivery and pick up of the van. The van was exactly as described in the pictures and had all of the functions we needed for our holiday. I would hire this van again.
