Additional information
The tow vehicle must be rated to tow 3.5T. The van requires a 12 point flat pin and grey Anderson plug. Towing mirrors and an electric brake controller are legally required to tow this van. Strictly no smoking in or close to the van. Close van windows and hatches when around campfires. Toilet MUST be emptied before the van is returned. There is an automatic $150.00 cleaning fee if the toilet is not emptied and cleaned upon return. The van must be returned clean - a deep cleaning fee will be applied if the van is returned dirty.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
