Additional information
Whether you are an experienced caravaner or this is your first trip - I can help you through all your caravanning questions and provide additional support as required. Tow mirrors and electric brakes are provided at no extra charge. Please definitely NO smoking Pets on application (additional fee for cleaning). Pets must be vaccinated and flea treated and not left alone in the caravan.
Hiring rules
- Pickup / Drop Off times can be arranged on booking. We are quite flexible on available days and times. Drop off must be before 4pm on last day of hire or extra day will be added. Please allow time to unpack and clean the caravan prior to returning.
- Strictly NO smoking inside.
- Strictly NO offroad or soft surfaces.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Hirers to supply their own linen. Mattress Topper Protectors are supplied and must be kept on the beds at all times.
- Annex must be packed away during extreme weather conditions.
- Accidents happen please let me know if something gets broken or damaged, so it can be repaired/replaced for the next traveller.
- The camper needs to be returned in the same condition as picked up to avoid additional cleaning charges.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
