Hiring rules
- We kindly ask no smoking in or around the bus — this helps keep Yarta—arra fresh and welcoming for all guests.
- Well—behaved small to medium—sized pets may be considered on request. Please get in touch before booking so we can make sure Yarta—arra is a good fit.
- Please avoid unsealed or off—road driving unless we’ve agreed beforehand. If the bus is returned very dusty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
- We really appreciate Yarta—arra coming back clean and tidy — a quick sweep of the floors, wiped benches, and rubbish removed makes a big difference.
- Please empty the grey water tank before return.
- The diesel tank should be refuelled prior to drop—off.
- If you’re planning to bring any high—powered appliances (like hairdryers or coffee machines), just check with us first — some items can overload the system.
- Most importantly, please treat Yarta—arra with care and kindness — he’s well loved, and we hope you’ll love him too.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 5.0We had such a lovely, easy few days in Yarta-arra. Its incredibly cozy and thoughtfully set up - everything you need without feeling overdone. Morning coffees with the doors open, fresh air all around, and then curling up inside at night it was the perfect little reset. Its such a pleasure to drive, its got great acceleration for a bus and happily cruises along the freeways. The sound system is great for the long drives too! You can tell a lot of care has gone into it. It just feels fun, warm, comfortable, and really easy to settle into. We left feeling relaxed and already talking about when we can take it out again. Highly recommend.

Rebel 5.0Had the most amazing trip in Sarah's beautiful bus. Sarah's communication was amazing and she was very warm and welcoming when we picked up the bus. The bus is well equipped with everything that is needed to make for an incredible trip, the very comfortable queen size bed and full size fridge was a winner for us. We will definitely be hiring this beautiful home on wheels again.

Tony 5.0It was an exceptional experience! We took the van on a 5 day trip over to the eyre peninsula for some diving, hiking and exploring. Sarah gave a great handover and explained everything we needed to know. Its a beautifully designed van and incredibly cozy. The drive was smooth and simple. We both found it comfortable and easy to handle. We cooked most meals over the 5 days in the van. Most of which were pre-prepared but the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Small word of warning, Im 62 and my head hits the roof while standing. I quickly adjusted but the rest of the van is super spacious and comfortable. The queen size bed is a complete luxury while camping It was really nice having the wardrobe and under-bed storage. We unpacked and were able to keep the space tidy and make it feel like home.
