ℹ️ Important Information ✅ Safety Chain Connection: Your tow vehicle must have a compliant safety chain connection point to meet legal and safety standards. ✅ Towing Requirements: Minimum Towing Capacity: 2500 kg Tow Ball Weight Capacity: At least 130 kg Electric Brake Controller: An in-car electric brake controller (fitted to your vehicle) is required for towing the caravan safely and legally. If your vehicle isn’t fitted with one, we can provide a plug-and-play controller (available at an additional cost) that’s operated via a convenient smartphone app. Anderson Plug: While not required, an Anderson plug on the tow bar is recommended to keep the caravan’s batteries charged while driving. ✅ Diesel Heater: A yellow diesel jerry can is provided for the heater. It doesn’t come full by default, but you’re welcome to use what’s in it. Please ensure its topped up before starting your journey if you plan to be off-grid and use the heater. If you’d like it full before your trip, let us know when booking, and we’ll arrange it at an additional cost. ✅ Security and Safety 🔒 The caravan is equipped with a GPS tracking system for your peace of mind and to support insurance requirements during your hire. ✅ Support & Assistance: If you need help with setup, equipment, or have questions about your trip, don’t hesitate to get in touch. - To ensure the safety and security of the caravan, a GPS tracking device has been installed. This tracker may record the following information during the hire period:
- Realtime location of the caravan
- Route history
- Travel speed and movements
- 🔒 Privacy & Purpose
- The GPS tracker is used solely for security, safety, and asset management purposes, including:
- Assisting in the recovery of the caravan in case of theft or emergency
- Monitoring unauthorised travel or unsafe usage
- This data will not be used for personal surveillance and will only be accessed by the caravan owner and/or Camplify if required.
- By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and consent to the use of GPS tracking during your hire period in accordance with Camplify’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- If you have any questions or concerns about this, feel free to contact directly via the Camplify messaging platform.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was very easy and smooth to tow behind our Toyota Prado. Matthew was super helpful with explaining how to use everything and is great with communication (replys immediately for any questions). We would definitely hire this again for any future trips
