The Red Rock Ranger is the ideal family van with 2 x full size bunks (6ft long) , even your grown up children will be comfortable! Small kids are not forgotten with the bottom bunk having a small bed rail fitted to accommodate even the littlest of passengers. Caravan parks or off grid camping we have done it all in this van and it hasn't let us down so I'm sure you will love it too. This van is our family van, we use it at every opportunity so it does have signs of minor wear and tear from being a well travelled and still well used and well loved van. We can accommodate a couple of options (pricing and location dependent on requirements) we can supply the van 'as is' with you providing all your own linen / kitchen requirements and you basically get an empty van to pack as you wish or we can provide a tow & go option with the beds made, spare linen, all cooking and kitchen items in place, you load your food, personal items, toiletries and go! Alternatively if you are new to caravanning / don't have a suitable vehicle and would like to experience it all without having the stress of setting up and packing up a van - we can (on a case by case basis) tow the van to your booked caravan site, set it up and come back and collect it and tow it home within the Colac Otway Shite / Surf Coast Shire / Corangamite Shire regions.

Additional information

We like to keep some necessities in the caravan to help in reducing your workload of what to pack. Tea, instant coffee, sugar and milo is provided. Tomato and barbeque sauce is provided. Olive oil, glad wrap, Foil and baking paper are provided. Toilet paper is provided due to the specific nature required to ensure breakdown and ease of cleaning the toilet cassette. Should you need to replace or re-stock the toilet paper it is available at all good camping stores - BCF / Anaconda / Lyal Eales etc. Please replace it with the same type. Sunscreen, hand sanitiser, a small basic first aid kit, matches, lighter, firelighters, playing cards, laundry detergent pods, and all cleaning chemicals, paper towel, dish washing and anything associated with cleaning the caravan is included and happily provided.   • No Vaping inside the caravan / annexe or under the awning.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Chad delivered the van on time, set it all up, and provided advice on how everything worked. We had some very average weather; having the space to move around out of the rain made all the difference, and having all the amenities available within the van meant we stayed the whole 4 days despite the weather. Absolutely recommend Chad and Alaina
