Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Justin 4.3Van is a little tired and wasnt super clean on pick-up - but Lisa was friendly, easy to deal with and provided clean linen with the van.

Thanks Justin, appreciate the feedback. Weve taken that on board and adjusted our turnaround between hires to ensure everything is spot-on for pick-up. Hope you had a great trip.
Evelyn Kay 5.0The bed was extremely comfortable with a pillow top. . The shower was nice and hot and had good pressure. Very clean and well organised van. Lisa had provided some extra essentials in the van like tea, coffee, pepper, and salt and olive oil. There was plenty of cleaning products and cloths etc. We had a setup and pick up from Lisa which was done on time and made our stay hassle free. We would definitely hire again from Lisa.
