Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Grant 5.0I could not recommend this van more highly. It has absolutely everything you need to make for an amazing west coast trip. We only had it for 10 days but wish we had it for much longer! Having wifi when there was no signal, multiple charging ports that always work, never having to pay for powered sites due to the solar panels & having easy and complete cooking equipment were highlights for us. Also, Brett & Leonie couldnt have been more helpful with everything from answering all our questions before getting the van, to letting us know exactly how everything worked & responding to any messages we sent during our trip instantly as well. 1000000% recommend this van for any trip, big or small!
