Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Chris 4.3The van is battered, but does the job. The roof top tent wasnt working sadly. And car speaker also not working. Bed in the van isnt that comfortable, and need to be careful that you dont move to much, otherwise it collapses. But, for what it is, and the cost compared to other vans, this van is good value for money (if the rooftop tent is fixed). Giorgia also gave us a mobile speaker to make up for the car speaker not working, which was nice.
Mary 5.0Giorgia was great, super helpful and the van was as described and as expected for the age of the car. We had a great time in it!
