Amazing 2018 low kms Hilux, extremely capable 4wd, loaded with brand NEW items starting with 2 ROOF TOP TENTS ! (cause no one wants to sleep in a overused bed ;) Packed with absolutely all you need for camping and more, stove and utensils, loo and shower, chairs, tables, games, torches etc. You name it, it's there ! Serviced rigorously every 10.000km for you and your family safety. Ask for any extras, fishing rods, surfboards, extra swag, etc. Our mission is to make your road trip as enjoyable as possible cause we love enjoying ours ! Hiring rules

  • LONGER RENTALS = LOWER DAY RATES (PLEASE REQUEST INFO)
  • 1. No Smoking inside the vehicle
  • 2. Standard pickup 4pm / Drop Off 10:30am (request for later / earlier please ask directly)
  • 3. Vehicle is to be returned with all amenities and bedding or the hirer will be charged
  • 4. No offroad / Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip
  • 5. 200k per day distance allowance included in the hire / averaged over the trip. E.g 3 days = 600ks and the 600ks can be driven over any time period in the trip. Additional Ks are charged at 50c per Km.
  • 6. If there is evidence of any offroad use without approval in Camplify messages then an additional offroad cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied to clean the undercarriage of the vehicle.
  • 7. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of Diesel
  • 8. Road tolls must be paid within 7 days of hire.
  • 10. If you receive a fine during your hire and we are notified after your hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine/infringement notice as soon as possible as we will not be held accountable for paying the hirer's fines, period.
  • 11. You agree and accept that you will only access the rooftop tent at your own risk
  • 12. The Hirer is in charge of cleaning the inside of the vehicle before returning the vehicle unless they have paid for the cleaning fee of $180.00. If the van has not been cleaned upon return, we will charge an additional $180.00 cleaning fee.
  • 13. If the hirer does not return the vehicle by the latest and arranged time of, 4:30pm on the day of organised return, the hirer will be automatically charged another day and this charge will continue until the van is returned unless of unforeseen circumstances (break down).
  • 14. The hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 15. If the hirer would like to extend the hire, they must communicate and organise with Camplify after the extended period has been confirmed with us within the Camplify messages.
  • EMERGENCY
  • 1. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our holiday was great. We had an amazing 5 weeks up to Exmouth and back to Perth. The 2 roof-top-tents were perfect for our family (4 people). The Toyota Hillux is great to drive. Again thank you very much to Nico.

    Nicos Hilux camper was amazing. Handover was seamless and all the details of the car were exactly as described. It has everything you need for an outback camping holiday. Nico was the perfect host, super organised and offered his support for anything we needed to make our trip memorable
