✔ Van must be returned clean inside and out, failure will result in an additional $99.00 cleaning fee. ✔ Van must be returned with a full tank of fuel (petrol), failure will result in extra charges. ✔ Unlimited mileage/kms ✔ Not to be driven outside of Western Australia. ✔ Not to be driven off road. ✔ Pick up/ drop off - Weekdays before 7am or after 3.30pm, Weekends by appointment. ✔ Please note we don’t have space for vehicles to be left at our residence, so please arrange a lift or Uber for pick-up and drop-off. ✔ No festivals ✔ Optional Linen pack includes 1x Queen Sheet Set, 1x Doona, 4x Pillows, 2x Bath Towels, 1x Hand Towel & 2x Tea Towel. Pricing

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
