Hiring rules
- 🅿️Pickup from Shelley.
- 🚭 This is a nonsmoking vehicle.
- ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank.
- You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee :)
- 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
- Off road routes upon approval.
- Strictly NO water crossings or driving near saltwater please.
- Drive to the road rules and conditions.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, they will advise you how to call for assistance. Then please, call/txt me on 0449094679.
- ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sofia Beatrice 4.8After two cancellations, Bernardo really pulled through for us with the Prado 2. We took it on our first long drive down to Denmark and it handled beautifully. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process. The tent and awning were great, and while we didnt get to use the kitchen inclusions, the setup was well equipped with a table and chairs. Pick up and drop off were also very flexible, which made things easy. Overall, a great experience in the end!
