Hiring rules
- 🅿️Pickup from Shelley.
- 🚭 This is a nonsmoking vehicle.
- ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank.
- You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee :)
- 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
- Off road routes upon approval.
- Strictly NO water crossings or driving near saltwater please.
- Drive to the road rules and conditions.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, they will advise you how to call for assistance. Then please, call/txt me on 0449094679.
- ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alfie 5.0We rented Bernardos Prado for a trip up to Exmouth, the car was fantastic with no issues whatsoever, it came with everything youll ever need for a few weeks on the road. Highly recommended !
Alexander 4.3The Prado is fantastic and felt reliable and could do most of the off road you'd want to do in WA, plus the rooftop tent was super comfortable. Bernardo was good to communicate with and we had no big issues. The only two small things stopping us from giving a 5 star was that it didn't come with max tracks which would be useful and the rain cover on the rooftop tent was broken, although it's not essential so we made do. Overall would recommend and we had great fun!
