Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Campbell 5.0Great size Van for up to a week of travel. Bed is on the small size but very comfortable and converts from daytime couch to bed in less than 30 seconds. Awning is easy to deploy and retract and provides plenty of shade. Interior lighting is great too as is the slide out kitchen at the rear of van.
Ernie 5.0We had a great trip in Hugos van, Reggie. Hugo was a pleasure to deal with and he has done a fantastic job of the layout - lots of storage, good provisions and attention to detail. We would happily hire Reggie again.

Hugo has done a fantastic job with the fit out and the van is well set out with everything we needed and was also easy to drive. The bed was really comfortable and the van was cozy even at -1 degrees. Hugo was very responsive and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the van. Highly recommend Hugos van!
