Hiring rules
- NO SMOKING
- Please no smoking or vaping inside the van or in close proximity
- If you wish to smoke please move away from the van
- DIESEL
- We start your trip off with a full tank of Diesel so it must be returned with a full tank of fuel (Diesel). If you return the van without a full tank, you will be charged for a full tank at $6.00 a litre.
- NO OFF ROAD DRIVING
- Our van is not a 4WD and not made for off road driving so please stick to sealed roads only.
- GAS
- When driving it is safest to disconnect the gas from the hot water system
- RETURNING THE VAN
- 1. All kitchen items must be washed and put away
- 2. Your grey water needs to be emptied. If it is not emptied before returning the van this will incur and additional fee of $50.00
- 3. Please turn off all lights and the ceiling fan
- 4. All rubbish to be disposed of before returning the van
- 5. Return with full tank of Diesel
- 6.tolls are not included so bring your own toll tag or a fee at the end of rental will apply
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Carlota 5.0Had an amazing trip up the coast with Nicholass van. The van has plenty of space and a super comfortable bed, with a TV that makes you feel like you are at home. Barefoot runs like a dream.

Heaps of storage for extra equipment and it drives like a dream. Nick and his partner have it all kitted out with everything you need, right down to the smallest detail. Ben 5.0We had a great few days driving up the North Coast in barefoot - the fridge and kitchen facilities made cooking super easy and enjoyable, the bed was very comfortable, and the TV + pull out table were great additions to top it all off! Our kelpie x staffy rode and slept very comfortably in the van as well. Thanks Nick!
