Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van please
  • Pickup Time: Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Sunday – Please confirm exact time with the host in advance.
  • Return Time: Generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. – Please discuss if you wish to return outside those times
  • (This helps do handovers / handbacks in daylight. Outside of these times may be considered – pls msg to discuss)
  • 🆘 Emergency – call triple zero first (if needed), Camplify and then msg me
  • 200 kms per day included excess charged at AUD 50c per additional KM
  • No offroad driving/ beach driving
  • Awning put away if high winds predicted
  • Vehicle returned clean or cleaning fee applies
  • All damage must be reported ASAP. Info needed: Who, what, where etc
  • Please return the vehicle with a full tank of Fuel.
  • Please note: Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved to secure
  • The fuel tank must be returned full or additional refuelling fee will apply ($50.00 + Fuel cost)
  • All toll charges incurred during the booking period will be billed to the hirer after the trip.
  • All traffic fines or infringements (e.g., speeding, parking violations) are the sole responsibility of the hirer and will be billed as they are received.
  • Message if considering a longer trip to discuss options
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This van was perfect it and used hardly any fuel like $60 for 600km. Its a really nice simple and clean set up.

    Travelled down to Jervis Bay in Swelly with my gf and we had an amazing time. Van has everything you need for camping as well as the host providing additional essentials for the trip. Paul the host was easy to communicate with and all round great bloke. Highly recommend!
