Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sam 5.0Our holiday in this caravan was wonderful. Although the van is old its absolutely perfect for a little getaway. Beds were super comfy, linen and pillows were brand new. The little added extras were a wonderful surprise. There was a tin in the van full of match box cars which kept my 3 year old entertained for hours when the weather wasnt so good to be out playing. The outdoor annex area was set up beautiful and was a great space. James was excellent to communicate it: would highly recommend this caravan. Thanks James and Family
