Additional Information for Your Stay To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following: Respect & Care • Please treat our caravan as if it were your own. • No smoking in or near the caravan. Cleaning & Maintenance • The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition as received. • Toilet must be emptied before leaving. A $80.00 cleaning fee applies if not emptied. • Please report any damage or loss, no matter how minor, so we can address it promptly. Linen & Bedding • Please bring your own linen and pillows. • If you prefer, we can provide linen and pillows for an additional $100.00—just let us know in advance. Included Essentials We’ve stocked the caravan with some handy basics to make your stay easier: ✔ Salt & pepper, cooking oil ✔ Glad wrap, alfoil, paper towel ✔ Cleaning supplies & washing powder ✔ Basic first aid kit Delivery & Setup • This caravan is delivery only—no self-towing. • Delivery is available at $3.00 per kilometre, in addition to the booking cost. • Once we confirm your delivery location, we will send a payment request for the delivery fee. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out. We hope you have a fantastic stay in our Jayco All Terrain!

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jake 5.0We had a great experience hiring Daniels caravan. From start to finish, he made everything incredibly easy for us. When we arrived, everything was already fully set up, which took all the stress out of it, especially travelling with kids. At the end of our stay, he also handled packing everything down, which was a huge help. The caravan itself was very comfortable and well suited for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Daniel was helpful, easy to deal with, and made the whole process smooth. We would definitely recommend hiring his caravan and would happily book with him again. Thanks again mate
