Cleaning & Maintenance • The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition as received. • Toilet must be emptied before leaving. A $80.00 cleaning fee applies if not emptied. • Please report any damage or loss, no matter how minor, so we can address it promptly. Linen & Bedding • Please bring your own linen and pillows. • If you prefer, we can provide linen and pillows for an additional $100.00—just let us know in advance. Included Essentials We’ve stocked the caravan with some handy basics to make your stay easier: ✔ Salt & pepper, cooking oil ✔ Glad wrap, alfoil, paper towel ✔ Cleaning supplies & washing powder ✔ Basic first aid kit Delivery & Setup • This caravan is delivery only—no self-towing. • Delivery is available at $3.00 per kilometre, in addition to the booking cost. • Once we confirm your delivery location, we will send a payment request for the delivery fee. Pricing

Hire Fee: From $220.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
