Additional information
STAY - Whilst we don’t normally provide linen, if it is impossible for you to provide your own let us know and we’ll work something out. - The dining table folds down to make another bed if you need some extra sleeping space. - The van has a full solar and 12 volt set up for those times when you can’t get or want a powered site. -There is an outdoor shower plus tent, Dual 9kg Gas bottles, 80 litre water supply (2 tanks), Diesel heater, bike rack and microwave. EAT - We provide a basic pantry with every hire to get you started, which includes some coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper, sugar, mixed herbs, Glad Wrap, Al Foil, spray oil, cooking pots and pan and kettle. We also provide dish washing liquid, tea towels, dustpan and broom, antibacterial wipes. - Make sure the van is well vented when cooking and please avoid deep frying inside. The van will stay clean and smell much better for it! PETS - Sorry, strictly no pets are allowed in our van. Ideally please leave your furry friends at home. Some pets may be considered to travel and stay outside the van and require written authorisation. OTHER - The van can be picked up from Naracoorte, South Australia, or we are happy to arrange drop and set up where possible around our own working hours. - Minimum hire is 2 days and 7 days during South Australian school holidays. - The van drop off/pick up fee is $1.00/km each way, 120km radius from Naracoorte.
Hiring rules
- Written authorisation is required for all off road/ unsealed travel plans.
- Our van is sent out sparkling clean and we would appreciate you returning it the same way. Cleaning products are provided. If you would prefer not to clean the van, our cleaning fee is charged at $50.00/hour, up to $250.00.The Van is not permitted on any unsealed roads, unless written authorisation is provided.
- There is no smoking in or around the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
