Hiring rules
- Please:
- No smoking in the van
- You can take the van on unsealed roads on the way to your destination provided it is no more than 10km
- If the toilet cassette is returned without being cleaned there is a $250.00 fee. Please make sure this is done properly.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
