Hiring rules
- No smoking in van
- Toilet must be emptied upon return or pickup if delivered.
- Failure to empty the toilet will result in an additional $50.00 cleaning fee
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jeremy 5.0First time using a caravan. Rodney and Courtney delivered and set up the van for us. Walked us through maintenance. An issue with the fridge/freezer was quickly resolved. Fully equipped van, including generator, BBQ and camp chairs. Would recommend them to anyone looking to hire.
