Special towing information

These are the requirements to tow our van with your vehicle. Experienced driver with towing experience. Open licences with min 2 years driving. Caravan has a DO35 hitch system. If your car has a tow bar, we can modify to suit. Grey Anderson plug, 7 pin flat or round towing plug (we have adapters), tow rating of 3.5T or more. It also has a rear mounted camera if you have this installed on your car.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in van.
  • On any day with moderate to strong wind the awning must be retracted.
  • Caravan must be returned tidy or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
  • Additional $200.00 cleaning fee will apply if toilet is not clean and empty when caravan is returned.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Very happy with the condition and cleanliness of the van. It had all the anemities we needed. We were very happy with the prompt communication from Nicolle, we decided to hire the van an extra night which was no hassle, quick and easy. The handover was detailed and thorough. Thankyou Nicolle for an enjoyable experience!
