Hiring rules

• We would appreciate that the Motorhome is returned in a clean & tidy condition, a cleaning charge of $100.00 will be applied if it is returned in a dirty manner.
• If you leave the cassette full for us to empty at the end of your hire, it will be an extra $250.00 for this service.
• We will supply the motorhome with full tank of diesel, please ensure it is returned with full tank of diesel, we can top it up for you at a fee of $3.50/L.
• Strictly no smoking inside the motorhome.
• Free extra mileage charge
• The Motorhome must be driven on sealed roads at all times, with exception of wellmaintained access roads of less than 10km in length used to access camping grounds.
• The Motorhome must not be driven through flood waters, or on roads or other areas that are at risk of flooding or that have been closed by any public or statutory authority or in respect of which warnings are issued by any public or statutory authority.
• Hirer and all drivers must be 25 years of age or older and hold a full C Class drivers license.
• Toll fees will be charged on return

  This RV was a Problem And Im thoroughly concerned about the fact that you had this on your site and that one of your staff got this for us to replace the Rv we hired that was sold The list is long with the problems this RV has From a illegal gas bottle 2 years out of date that could not be filled the the second gas bottle which was a black tap and a totally different fitting to an out of date fire extinguisher thats never been inspected The list goes on broken awning leg which I had to repair so we could use it to lock on cupboard that would not close or shut or could be secured to a refrigerator that didnt work on electricity and didnt work on gas either. This was an amazing poor choice and should never been on your website. This van. The list is huge with the problem this van had and it didnt give us a very good holiday once we start finding out everything that was wrong with it. At least half the problems I had to sell on site by taking my own gas bottle which is in date which I shouldnt have had to do to my own fire extinguisher because at Monday Monday you must have an in date at fire extinguisher if you have a banner in RV thats one of the rules. There was no instructions on a booklet on where things work like how to turn the hot water on I was constantly texting Luke to find things out. There should be an instruction booklet to let you know where things are to a rubber seal or missing off the toilet cartridge so fine you poo. It goes in the cartridge you pee. It goes in into the round the cartridge you flush the toilet it ends up around the cartridge very hygienic. I would say wouldnt you? I thought you had rules and regulations for the hiring and advertising of peoples equipment. It had to meet a certain standard obviously this doesnt the motor needs servicing it lag so bad and jammed in gear twice because it hasnt been serviced or looked after theres my review the chances of using Camplify again well you figure that one out yourself Doctor Lance Wilson.

  This van was everything we needed for our little get away with the kids. I can't recommend this enough, our kids have had the best get away. Everything was easy to use and worked. The heater was fantastic kept us warm even in freezing temperatures. If you do want to be off grid I advise to bring a generator to power the van. Towed our trailer with no issues We are all booked for next year.... can't wait.
