Hiring rules

• Absolutely no smoking inside the motorhome and no pets are allowed.
• Pick up and drop off must be within normal business hours ⏱ unless by mutual agreement.
• We would appreciate that the motorhome is returned in a clean & tidy condition, a cleaning charge of $250.00 will be applied if it is returned in a dirty manner.
• If you want to leave the emptying of toilet and waste/grey water to us at the end, it will be an extra $250.00.
• We will supply the motorhome with full tank of diesel, please ensure it is returned with full tank of diesel, we can top it up for you at a fee of $3.50/L.
• Ensure only soft luggage & bedding are stored inside the Motorhome.
• The Motorhome must be driven on sealed roads and no off roading allowed at all times
• All tolls and fines are the sole responsibility of the hirer. The motorhome comes with our ETag installed and we will pass along the costs through Camplify once your hire has been completed.
• Hirer and all drivers must be 25 years of age or older and hold a full C Class drivers licence.
• Awning/BBQ not to be used during bad weather and close it completely before bed time
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact insurance provider. DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $250.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
