Additional information

Booking request will be cancelled if nil response/communication from hirer after 8 hours. Delivery only, delivery and set up fee will apply $2.00 km No festivals, no road side camping or free camping areas. Off road will be considered on application. No private property or live in arrangements. No bookings will be accepted for NYE Tropical fruits festival campground @ Lismore NSW. Owner to be advised if the property has obstacles and difficulties accessing for delivery with no potential/obvious risk of damage to the delivery of the caravan. Failure to advise prior to delivery, booking will be cancelled @ hirer cost. Hirer responsibility to advise prior to delivery of 1. Access to site. 2. Booking requires powered or non powered site. (Caravan needs to be prepared for non powered sites before delivery). NON SMOKING Only book dates if you are serious in the booking please!

Hiring rules

No free camp sites/no festivals/no rave parties
No off road
No more than 2 pets (strictly)
No smoking or camp fires within 200m of caravan.
Once set up hirer is not to move caravan or operate awning. Awning will be secured with ropes for windy weather.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
