Hiring rules
- BREAKDOWN Get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify for NRMA Roadside on 02 4075 2000. Select option 4 Then contact me!
- ACCIDENT As above and please take photos ASAP when safe.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/
- NO SMOKING inside the Van
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30c per kilometre for additional km.
- TOLLS Tolls are not included in the booking price. These charges will be forwarded onto you at return. Toll charges can rack up in Aus, apps such as Google maps/Waze will often direct you through toll roads unnecessarily. Recommend set “no tolls/avoid tolls” in apps.
- FUEL DIESEL All hires to return Van with a FULL tank as per same level as departure. If not returned FULL, a charge at return of $30.00 per 1/4 will be charged.
- CLEANING Avoid any charge by cleaning the equipment and van back to as you found it. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
