Additional information
The van is located on Coolamon Scenic Drive, Coorabell (10 minute uber from Byron). Pickup and drop off from here is preferred. If not possible we can arrange a pickup and drop off location close by in Byron for example.
Hiring rules

- FUEL Return full of Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Please return the inside of the van as it was found, wiping down benches, cleaning dishes and removal of rubbish. We will take care of the laundry.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Please also notify us by call or message.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- LONG TRIPS 170 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.45 per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist.
- No microwaves, toasters, kettles, air fryers, sandwich press or any other heating machines of the sort are to be used in the van. These appliances will destroy the batteries. A 2 burner gas stove is supplied with extra gas should you need it.
- Any toll roads driven on the trip will be billed back to the hirer.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
