Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van itself was fantastic easy to drive, with a super comfy bed and a brilliant set-up that made our trip so enjoyable. It had all the facilities we needed, thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and convenience. We couldnt have asked for better hosts or a better camper van. Highly recommend renting from Ceri and Elle for a hassle-free and memorable road trip!
