Hiring rules
- **No Driving After Dusk or Nighttime:** For safety reasons, driving is not permitted during dusk or nighttime hours.
- **No Smoking or Pets:** Smoking inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
- **PickUp & DropOff Hours:** Pickup and dropoff must occur during standard business hours, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- **Speed Limit:** For your safety, please ensure the motorhome is driven at a maximum speed of 90 km/h.
- **Strictly No Offroad:** This Vehicle is not made for Offroad travel and secured with GPS tracker.
- **Return Condition:** We kindly ask that the motorhome is returned in a clean and tidy state. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply if the vehicle is returned dirty.
- **Toilet and Waste Disposal:**
- Toilet 🚽 MUST be Emptied & Cleaned.
- Waste water must be emptied. We strictly charge $500.00 if waste water & toilet not cleaned and emptied.
- **Fuel:** The motorhome will be provided with a full tank of diesel; please return it with a full tank as well. If necessary, we can top it up for you at a rate of $3.50/L.
- **Luggage & Bedding:** Only soft luggage and bedding should be stored inside the motorhome.
- **Mileage Limit:** A daily mileage limit of 200 km is included in your hire (averaged over the rental period). Additional kilometers are charged at $2.00 per km.
- **Road Restrictions:** The motorhome must only be driven on sealed roads—offroading is not allowed. A GPS tracker is fitted to monitor this.
- **Tolls and Fines:** The hirer is responsible for any tolls or fines incurred during the rental. Our ETag is installed for convenience, and charges will be passed on through Camplify after your hire.
- **Driver Requirements:** The hirer and all drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a full C Class driver’s license and above.
- **Awning & BBQ Use:** Please refrain from using the awning and BBQ in bad weather. Ensure they are securely closed before bedtime.
- **Emergency Protocol:** In the event of an accident, pull over safely and contact Camplify at 1300 416 133 for guidance on contacting the insurance provider.
- **Damage Reporting:** Any damage must be reported immediately, with details on who, what, where, and when the damage occurred.
- **Any damage or accident that requires motorhome repair will be charged additional of $500.00 to $100.000 to cover the loss of rental.
- These rules are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding!

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
