Hiring rules

  • No Smoking in the van
  • All equipment and fittings must be treated with care and returned clean
  • Awning must not be left unattended (wind damage is the hirer`s responsibility)
  • The caravan is not to be driven above 100km/h
  • Pick up and return times must be agreed prior to hire
  • Late returns may incur an additional daily hire (unless agreed prior)
  • Water tanks refilled
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    A great camp trailer with all the features and comforts you need for a week away with the family. Richardo was a brilliant host who explained the things we didn't know, and even answered my queries while we were away!

    Richardo was great throughout the process with hiring whisky pod. Would recommend for any couple wanting a little getaway. Even has bunks for families. Great to town and has everything you need on board
