Hiring rules
- No Smoking inside
- Please be respectful and take care to return in the same condition it was picked up.
- If van is not in the same condition it was brought to you in(clean with no marks, dirt, hair and fridge, stove and shower are all clean and mark/grease free.) and any cleaning must be done, a $100.00 cleaning fee will be applied at post hire.
- If the toilet is not clean or emptied at the time of collection/dropoff, a $40.00 fee will be applied at post hire.
- Any damage or extra cleaning from pets will incur repair or cleaning costs(price for cleaning in accordance with our optional extras).
- Any damage or extra cleaning from use on unsealed roads will incur repair or cleaning costs as required.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matthew 5.0Great van, excellent communication and support from Cambell and Jay. We spent 5 nights in the Opus van, living off grid for most part. Kids had a great time (6 & 10). It worked well, but if you have two older children be mindful the top bunk is fairly short. Other than that, its a great van, easy to tow. 5 star.

Our holiday ended up being during a Barossa Valley heat wave but the van came through with the goods. Great to tow and great to be sleeping in away from the heat. The van has helped our family have a great family getaway.
