Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Frank 5.0An older Van but still very functional, with lots of internal space, a very comfortable bed and very easy to tow.
Emmanuella 4.3Tracys communication was great and she organised her friend to help us hook up the van as first time caravaners which was much appreciated. The queen bed was comfortable. The van is very basic but that was fine as we just needed somewhere dry to sleep. We didnt use the water or electrics but we were very cosy.
