Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Annette 5.0I used the Donnie the van during the horrific storms over the WA Day long weekend. Donnie held fast, I kept dry, warm, comfortable and hardly realised the storm was outside. Very easy to tow, manoeuvre and set up. Brandon is wonderful to deal with and very much a gentleman.
