Special towing information
Vehicle needs to have a minimum towing capacity of 3T and adequate vehicle payload allowance to tow a van with a 275kg ball weight. Tow vehicle specs will be required before hire is approved. Tow mirrors required (BYO or hire) Unsealed roads must be approved in writing before trip begins Limited to 200km/p/day calculated as a whole by the number of days hired (excess km's charged at $0.35/km)

Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking in or around the van
- NO Beach Driving/NO extended Gravel/Corrugated Roads/No off Road/ No dirt tracks without prior written approval via the Camplify message platform
- Awning flap kits and sag prevention poles must be used while in use.
- Awning must be packed away before any bad weather.
- Hirer much be 25 years of age or older
- Please familiarise yourself with 200ah lithium battery solar set up limitations. The current set up will run Lights, music and chargers for approx 2 days from fully charged in poor weather. Charging is critically dependant on where the van is parked and how much direct sunlight it gets to allow the battery to recharge, which is easily monitored on the panel just inside the van door. Lithium Batteries will go into protection mode at 15% triggering an alarm and completely shut down at 10% disabling the van altogether including ability to tow. At this point we will need to be contacted and additional charges will be incurred ($200.00 + $2.50 per km travelled) for us to come and charge and reboot the system.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
