THE SERVICE FEE: This includes handover instructions (allow up to 1 hour for this), gas for the van, towing mirrors, portable electric brake controller, restocking the van including kitchen consumables, Maintenance plus Toilet Chemical additive. It does not cover any cleaning costs. OUR DELIVERY & SET-UP OPTION: We offer delivery up to 200kms from Glenvale 4350. Each delivery will be based on Google maps fastest route to your site at a Km charge of $3.50 per km. A $150.00 setup fee will need to be added which just includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers and there is the minimum setup charge. If you required the van further than the options provided, please reach out for a quote. For any bookings that require delivery to the Toowoomba showgrounds there will only be a $150.00 setup fee that needs to be added. We will not charge a Km fee to this destination. The van must be returned clean, tidy and toilet emptied, if you are unable or simply don’t wish to clean the van's interior and exterior, you can choose to pay the $150.00 'CLEAN THE VAN FOR ME' option. If you choose not to empty the toilet you can select the 'Clean the Van for me (including toilet) Fee which will be $249.00. Please Note: If the van is returned unclean and the cleaning option was not selected at the time of booking, this will be considered a breach of our cleanliness policy. Additional charges will apply if cleaning is required due to: A dirty toilet Underbody or outside of vans Stained or damaged linen that cannot be laundered In such cases, a cleaning / service fee of $330.00 will be charged. We kindly ask that you return the van in a clean condition to avoid these fees. Thank you for your cooperation. LINEN Linen if opted and selected. This will include bunk beds made, luxury high quality fitted sheets with top sheets, donnas, floor mats, towels, hand towels, all beds fitted with mattress protectors and a pillow for each person. Note that the main bed is has to be folded in half for travel and will just need to be made at your destination. Generator and Diesel Heaters These items are provided full at the start of your hire. If used, they must be refilled to full before being returned. Important Hire Condition For the protection of our caravans and to ensure reliability for all guests, beach camping and driving on sand is not permitted. Our vans are designed for on-road, caravan park, and designated camping areas only. Any hire used for beach or sand driving will be in breach of the hire agreement and may result in additional charges.

Hiring rules

• Strictly no smoking in or around the van.
• Pets talk to us about any special circumstances and we will consider it (additional fees will apply).
• The van must be returned clean, tidy and toilet emptied, if you are unable or simply don’t wish to clean the van interior and exterior, which will include the toilet you can opt to pay the 'CLEAN THE VAN FOR ME including toilet ' option.
• The awning must be put away during any excessive wind or rain, to prevent damage to it. Tie downs will be included for when the awning is set up.
• DAY RATE $165.00 a day, same rate all year round.
• PEAK Seasons (School Holidays) December school holidays is a 7 day minimum booking.
• April, July and September School holidays are 4 day minimum.
• All other times are standard 3 day minimum booking.

  We hired this van in April 2025 as a family of 4 (2A, 2C). We knew what we needed and wanted and our entire hiring experience did not disappoint! We were very impressed with the amount of optional extras available to purchase. We found communication excellent and almost everything we needed was included in the van! The linen was fresh, clean and odourless and bedding was appropriate for the season. Pick up and drop off times were flexible and very accommodating. We would absolutely be happy to hire through QLD Caravan and Camper hire again.
