- 1. Driver Requirements
- The hirer must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
- The driver must be over 25 years of age.
- Only the approved driver(s) listed on the hire agreement may tow the caravan.
- 2. Bond / Security Deposit
- A security bond is required prior to pickup.
- The bond will be returned within 5–7 days after return, provided the caravan is returned in the same condition and no damage has occurred.
- 3. Towing Requirements
- The hirer must ensure their vehicle is rated to tow the caravan safely.
- The vehicle must have a suitable towbar, electric brake controller, and appropriate towing capacity.
- Safe towing practices must be followed at all times.
- 4. Pickup & Return
- Pickup and return times must be agreed upon prior to hire.
- Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges.
- 5. Cleaning
- The caravan must be returned clean and tidy.
- If excessive cleaning is required, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the bond.
- 6. Damage & Responsibility
- The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the hire period.
- Any damage must be reported immediately.
- Repair costs may be deducted from the security bond.
- 7. Prohibited Use
- The following are not permitted:
- Smoking inside the caravan
- Pets (unless approved)
- Offroad use or towing on rough tracks
- Overloading the caravan beyond recommended capacity
- 8. Insurance
- The caravan is insured; however, the hirer may be responsible for any insurance excess in the event of damage or an accident.
- 9. Breakdown or Issues
- If a mechanical issue occurs, the hirer must contact the owner immediately before arranging repairs.
- 10. Respectful Use
- The caravan must be used in a reasonable and respectful manner and returned with all supplied equipment.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
