Additional information

• If you are looking at going free camping you will require a generator to run the air conditioning, microwave and the toaster. • The battery system will only run the fridge, lighting and general power for a few days only with power being sourced from the 2 solar panels on the roof to charge the batteries when not plugged into 240V and to make sure your getting the most charge into the battery system be sure not to park under any tree’s so the solar panels are getting full sun • If you’re going to a Caravan Park spend the little extra and book a powered site as most caravan parks won’t allow you to use generators in there premises and if you have booked a powered caravan site just plug in and enjoy there’s nothing else for you to do.

Hiring rules

• No Smoking inside the van “please”
Extra penalty fee’s of $250.00 will apply to cover costs for cleaning and refreshing the van
• There is to be no altering to the van
• The van is to be returned the way it was received to you at pickup
CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• Toilet cassette is to be cleaned and flushed out with fresh water by the hirer on return of there trips cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied if the cassette is returned full
• DAMAGE If damage occurs to the van on your holiday you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Awning MUST be put away if heavy wind conditions arise on your stay to stop damage to the awning.
• Caravan MUST be locked if left unattended
• There is to be no off roading with this van it is required to keep the bitumen roads on your travels and if you are looking at free camping and you require the need to take unsealed roads you will need to notify us for approval upon hire of this van

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $200.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Couldnt have asked for a better hire experience. The caravan was exactly as advertisedclean, reliable and very well looked after. The owner was honest, friendly and easy to communicate with. Made the whole process stress-free. Nathan went above and beyond explaining everything to do with the van. Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire.
