Hiring rules
- * No smoking or drugs inside ($450.00 cleaning and disinfection fee)
- * No pets ($250.00 cleaning fee)
- * Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- School Holidays: minimum 5day bookings
- Christmas/New Year: minimum 7day bookings
- PROMOTIONS
- Discounts are available for bookings of 10 days or more. Submit your preferred dates, complete a few questions, and I will offer you our discount!
- HOW DOES IT WORK?
- View the calendar and select your travels dates
- Submit your booking request
- Answer a few questions about yourself/guests and proposed trip
- We discuss optional extras, pickup/dropoff times and answer any questions you have
- We approve your booking and you pay the deposit within agreed time
- We contact you during the week before your trip to provide you with the full RV Guide.
- On pick up day we complete a 11.5 hour induction of the vehicle. Induction can be completed a few days prior by arrangement to assist you with your trip planning, pending vehicle availability.
- Then you get to enjoy your trip!!!

- Once you submit your booking request, please send us a message with answers to the following questions. This will assist us to review your request and approve your booking faster.
- 1. What is your proposed travel itinerary (i.e., route & destination)?
- 2. Does your itinerary require travel on unsealed roads?
- 3. Will you be staying at a powered site (i.e., caravan parks) or free camping?
- 4. Please confirm that you have a full (Australian) licence & you're above the age of 24 for insurance purposes? Include details of any extra drivers. Note that Provisional (P Plate) drivers are NOT able to drive the vehicle.
- 5. What is your experience driving a vehicle this size—please answer for all drivers?
- 6. What is your preferred pickup and dropoff times on your booked dates? We can usually accommodate an early dropoff and pickup; however, on some occasions, this may incur extra charges.
- This information is important when we have bookings backtoback and we need to ensure the vehicle is prepared for the next hire.
- 7. How many guests will you have?
- 8. Where do you reside? (Rough location, no address needed.). This question assists me to provide advice on your itinerary and tolls and communicate with you on your pickup and dropoff dates.
- EXTRA OPTIONS
- All linen, pillows, & towels must be provided by the hirer. (or can be supplied for an extra charge.)
- 200 km per day included free. Extra km charged at $0.75 per km.
- Service Fee includes gas bottle refills.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
