Hiring rules

  • 1. No smoking inside motorhome.
  • 2. No pet allowed.
  • 3. Vehicle must be returned in a same condition as a pick up days.
  • 4. Fuel must be returned in full tank.
  • 5. Gas bottles must be returned in full bottles.
  • 6. Hirer must clean a motorhome in the same condition as pick up day otherwise cleaning fees $199.00 will be apply
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic trip in Pooms motorhome and our kids absolutely loved it! Poom was very patient during the handover, carefully explaining how everything works and pointing out important details, which was super helpful for first-time motorhome users. The motorhome is well-equipped with everything you need for road trip, including cookware, tableware, and all the essentials. It was spacious and comfortable for two adults and children, and never felt crowded. Well definitely be booking with Poom again for our next adventure!
