Included with the van is a document detailing all the required information including the functionality of all systems, locations of things like batteries, fuse boxes and spare wheels, and any other necessary information for your trip.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in the vehicle
- No offroad travel (beaches, water logged tracks, 4WD tracks, others of this nature)
- No modifications to the structure or subsystems
- No more than 3 people in van travelling at any one time
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brendan 4.5The campervan was absolutely amazing. The only true caveat was the sliding door jammed very easily and made it quite difficult to get in and out at times. Otherwise, Ive rented a few campervans in the past and this was by FAR the most multifunctional and versatile. The inbuilt tap and stove were especially handy, not the mention the amount of storage space and other utilities. Christopher was also quick to respond to every enquiry I had throughout the trip and I couldnt be more satisfied overall.
Larissa 5.0Took the van on holidays for 3 weeks, driving this van was easy and comfortable. The Bed itself is also very comfy and there is plenty of storage! Chris was great with assisting for any issues we encountered on this trip as well.
