Additional information
*Please be advised that the fridge works perfectly fine whilst not travelling, however it won't actively cool whilst driving. We will make sure we cool it down for you before your trip and will include some ice packs if you’re needing to keep things cool on the way to your destination.
Hiring rules
- *We ask that you please look after the van as if it were your own
- *No smoking in the van
- *Please make sure the toilet canister is emptied before returning the van to avoid an extra cleaning fee of $100.00
- *Please return the van in a clean and tidy state to avoid cleaning fee of $100.00
- *Not to be taken off road
- *If you have any problems, accidental damage or questions on the road please contact us promptly
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

From the very beginning, they were easy to deal withfriendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful with any questions we had. The caravan itself was in excellent condition: clean, well-maintained, and set up with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they offer. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and stress-free, with clear instructions that made everything simple. What really stood out was how accommodating and easygoing Josh and Haley were throughout the process. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, which is exactly what you want when heading off on a trip. Highly recommend hiring from them if youre looking for a reliable, hassle-free caravan experience. Well definitely be back again!
