Hiring rules

Respect our van like we do, so treat it like it is your own.
No Smoking in or near the Caravan.
No pets allowed
No dirt/heavy corrugation or red dust roads without owners approval.
Return Caravan in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you.
Hirer must empty and clean toilet before returning. Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee.
All mattresses come with their own fresh mattress protector, do not remove them.
Report any damage no matter how minor. Drive to the conditions and don't speed.
Minimum stay of 7 days hire during peak periods.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $135.00 per day
Service fee: $75.00
Delivery fee: $10.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Asraf is absolutely lovely to deal with. This is our second hire with him. He communicates promptly and is very helpful. He doesnt draw the handover out and make it painful, which we appreciate. The van is a good size and has the features we were looking for, for our 8 day trip to Coral Bay. My tip would be to clarify with Asraf before booking if you want all the utensils and basic pantry included - it was included the first time we booked and is part of the ad, but when we collected the van in the evening, it now comes empty, so I had late last minute organising to do. The fridge does not stay cold when off grid and the creaking floor and dining table requires repair. Asraf is pretty good with taking action on anything you report, but I would just find out if they are fixed before collection. The AC is icy cold, but too noisy to run while sleeping, so Id bring a fan next time. Thanks for sharing your van with us Asraf, and see you next time.

Our holiday was amazing and the van was lovely but there were a few issues with the van that Asraf told us upon pick up (so its not like we were able to cancel last minute). My main concern was the mould in the roof hatch of the bathroom. There were also two decent creaks in the flooring which was annoying and the fridge was playing up unless we were plugged into power. The circuit breaker popped a few times too (a few of these issues are booked in to be fixed Asraf said). In all honesty, Asraf seems like a lovely man but I wish he had have been more transparent about the issues with the van so we could have booked something else. For our first time using Camplify, Im a bit disappointed.

The caravan took away a layer of stress compared to the campers we have used in the past, everything was user friendly, cleaning after the trip was very simple and glad the owner was pleased. Will definitely use again in the future if we still dont have our own 10/10
