Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Joeli 5.0Holiday in the van was absolutely epic. We booked it for a week, 2 adults and 4 kids. Stayed at Woodman point and this caravan made our trip so much easier with the kids. Handover was explained thoroughly which helped us alot, especially with this being our first time camping in a caravan. I txtd sinead a few times after picking the Van up and the replied were really quick. Great communication. Overall we had the time of our lives and we didn't want our trip to end. Thank you so much Sinead and Camplify. Made this so simple for us. We will be booking again.
Hinekura (Hens) 5.0Great van, clean, tidy and well stocked with extra items that I wasn't expecting, dishwashing liquid, cleaning cloths etc. Great communication and easy to pick up and drop off.
