Van Halen makes Camping easy! He set's up in seconds, so you can have your feet up with a beer or wine in hand quicker. He is warm in winter, cool in summer and is a breeze to tow - he is only 6ft wide so depending on your tow vehicle you most probably won't need tow mirrors. He is light as well, 2500kg ATM and 1750kg TARE. He has a huge amount of storage, fridge slide (Fridge included), stainless steel slide out kitchen, roof mounted solar panels, super comfy queen bed with pillow top mattress, twin bunk beds for the kids, internal drawer storage for clothing, 200 litre water tank capacity, wind out awning, 2 burner gas stove top, auto roof lift, triple lock security door with fly screen - So many features in a small package. He is so comfortable yet super stylish. We have added our personal little touches over the few years we have had him, we hope you enjoy him as much as we have.

Additional information

2 water tanks can be filled for you before pick up. Gas bottles are filled for your trip. Linen can be supplied if required. Cooking utensils and cutlery are supplied. Basic pantry items are supplied. We can also leave most camping supplies in the van if needed, i.e., camp chairs, table, camping mat.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic experience hiring Van Halen. It was perfect for our family! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Also easy to tow. Communication with the owner was excellentfriendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

    The bed is so comfortable you can barely call it camping. Everything is well thought out and laid out and the number of extras is amazing - wood cutting gear, everything you need to cook and eat with and even surface spray and paper towel. Communication and help was amazing. We will definitely use again

    We had an amazing experience renting from Van Halen as a family of six. The owners were incredibly accommodating from start to finish and made the whole process so easy for us. The handover was very thorough, and they were unbelievably patient in answering all of our questions (which were many!). The caravan was perfect for our family and made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend Van Halen and would absolutely rent from them again.

We are a family of 5 who love the outdoors. We purchased our beloved "Van Halen" in 2022 and have had so many amazing trips and adventures. It is such an easy Van to tow and use. It makes our holidays even more amazing, we don't have to worry about the hassle of setting up.
