What else would you like to know? * We have a minimum hire time of 4 days outside of school holidays and 7 days during the school holidays * Currently we are able to put Big Family Escape on your holiday site, up to 250km from North lakes (charges apply). * Additional distance over 250km is by negotiation. SELF TOWING * If you wish to do your own towing, we can supply a DO35 hitch if required. * You will need to have experience towing a caravan or other large vehicle such as a large boat or trailer. * Your vehicle will need to have an electric brake controler fitted to your tow vehicle. * A 12 pin flat is needed for towing and operating the electric brakes, although we have an adaptor that allows for using a flat 7 pin plug. * We can supply extended towing mirrors * Big Family Escape needs to be towed by a large vehicle, eg a 4x4 that can handle the weight of around 3000kg. Although this van has a small 12v power supply and water tanks, for a successful vacation it ideally needs to be on a site with power and mains water. We can provide, should you require it, all the bed linen, which will be all freshly laundered for each hire. This includes: Queen Bed - cotton sheets (flannelete in the winter if requested) doona in cover, 4 pillows with pillow protectors and pillowcases. 3 Single Bunks - Bottom sheet, top sheet, doona in the cooler months, Or option to use freshly laundered sleeping bags, 1 pillow with pillow protector and pillowcase for each bunk. . * These are provided for each of the single beds in use, ie, 2 bunks = 2 of all the above. * Additional blankets are provided in the colder winter months ALL BEDS ARE FITTED WITH WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTORS While the service fee covers the basic cleaning and restocking the caravan, it does not include emptying the chemical toilet cassette. To make it easier to empty the toilet (less odour), we would recommend using the caravan toilet mainly for night time use, while making use of campsite toilets for the majority of the time. If you prefer not to empty the toilet at the end of your hire, a charge will be incured (please see Hiring Rules).

Hiring rules

• * No smoking in the van.
• * Bottom sheets are provided for the bunk beds, please use them to help us keep the mattress protectors clean.
• Please do not bring pets into the caravan. You can have them sleep under the awning or in your vehicle. This is for hygiene reasons.
• * The toilet needs to be emptied and cleaned at the end of your hire, unless you have paid an additional $100.00 for us to do it for you.
• Most caravan parks have toilet dump points, which are very self explanatory to use. Just remember to rinse the toilet with the hose at the dump point, untill the water coming out is running clear.
• * Please dispose of all rubbish at the end of your hire.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
